Announcing our second in-person SOUND MAINE - WELLNESS PROS NETWORK gathering on Saturday, November 22, at Portland New Church Center for Sacred Arts.
THIS GROUP IS SPECIFICALLY FOR SOUND PROFESSIONALS IN THE WELLNESS FIELD.
Our first gathering in September was wonderful, with 11 present and many more who wanted to be there but the date didn't work for them. The idea of this group has really been resonating with people, which is exciting for all of us!
NOTE ON TIMES AND AGENDA
The space will be open for people to arrive anytime after 2:00pm. We'll start at 2:30 and end around 4:30. (The space is available until 5:00.) During the meeting time we'll have a chance for everyone to introduce themselves and talk about some of their journey with sound. We'll also share ideas about ways the Sound Maine community can support our members and the people of Maine.
NOTE FROM HELENA
I've been holding the inspiration in my heart for quite some time to gather a circle of sound practitioners for community, professional growth, and to co-create pathways to bring sound into greater awareness and beneficial service for people in Maine. I personally know many sound practitioners in Maine, but I rarely have the opportunity to be in one place with more than one or two at a time. Now we can all come together and see what happens from here! I can imagine so many wonderful possibilities...
