A sound bath is like a massage with sound for the inside of your body. The vibrations quite literally flow into your body—to retune your body, reset your emotions, and return you to your inner spirit connection.

While gratitude is an everyday tool for being present and in flow, this sound bath will have a special focus on the feeling of being grateful. The meditation at the beginning of the sound bath will focus our energy and intention upon amplifying gratitude in your life.
