What happens when we experience sound not simply as something we hear, but as something we create, feel, receive, and become part of?
Soundward is an intimate, one-hour live Zoom experience that invites you into a deeper relationship with sound through your whole self.
Through guided listening, gentle vocal exploration, live music, and moments of silence, Helena leads you on an experiential journey through vibration, resonance, and harmony. Discover how your own voice meets another, how sounds interact and evolve, and what changes when we listen with our whole being.
With just 10 participants per session, there's room for personal interaction, shared exploration, and individual guidance.
No musical experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Engage with sound through your whole self.
